Circular Design Workshop

The circular economy Butterfly diagram is simply a visual representation of the hierarchy of value of biological (organic and agricultural waste) and technical (man made) materials. The processes closest to the inner circle, such as disassembly, repair, remanufacture, refurbish etc retains the highest material value of products. For products to retain their maximum material value they must be redesigned before any one of the Circular R’s can come into play.
